Recovery Support Specialist 
 

Accelerated Receivables Solutions (ARS) is looking for a detail‑driven, motivated Recovery Support Specialist to support our legal operations team. If you enjoy fast‑paced work, strong teamwork, and making an impact, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, review, and process legal documents

  • Handle mailings, e‑filings, scanning, and document organization

  • Assist consumers at the front counter

  • Answer and route inbound calls

  • Communicate with courts, clients, and our in‑house attorney

  • Support administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer and communication skills

  • Professionalism and organization

  • Ability to adapt and work well with a team

  • Willingness to learn and follow compliance laws (FDCPA/FCRA)

Job Type: Full-time – 40 hours per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
