Escalated Collection Specialists professionally manage inbound and outbound phone calls as a partner for our clients and their customers to resolve past due accounts. This role requires adept conflict resolutions skills and a disposition toward de-escalation.

Previous call center and customer service experience is helpful, but all necessary training will be provided with a gradual introduction into live customer support.
