Magnet Solutions and Accelerated Receivables Solutions are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to manage our marketing operations. This individual will work to support our sales team by shaping our brand, developing strategic marketing campaigns to drive growth, and fostering positive business relationships through professional written and verbal communication. In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing our internal communication strategy relating to company events, newsletters, and announcements. This is a dynamic role in which you will oversee a variety of tasks and responsibilities that require both a creative mindset and strong organizational skills.  

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including email, postcard, and content marketing 

• Maintain our Salesforce CRM database with up-to-date hospital information and marketing campaign results 

• Produce high-quality marketing collateral and materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales documents 

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support accordingly 

• Engage with supervisors and operations staff to understand our client capabilities to effectively market our service offerings 

• Maintain our company websites through the Wix platform 

• Craft professional written proposals that highlight our strengths as an organization 

• Ability to plan and execute events to promote our services and engage with potential clients 

• Assist with company employment advertising through Indeed and Facebook 

Skills Demonstrated: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Graphic design through tools like Canva and Adobe products 

• Works well under pressure and meets mandatory deadlines. 

• Highly computer literate with experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office 

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel to organize large sets of data 

• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat to edit and format PDF documents 

• Preferably experienced with simple video editing 

Job Qualifications: 

• Strong ability for clear and concise written communication 

• Experience in marketing, communications and/or graphic design preferred  

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred, though not required for success
