Collection Specialist 

This is a full time 40 hour per week opportunity.

This position resolves customer debt by working with consumers to reduce or eliminate financial balances. Pay is a direct result of performance. Financial Recovery Specialists work in a call center environment handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls. Employees in this results oriented position will answer questions and determine the best way to resolve outstanding balances. 

Comprehensive new hire training is provided with extensive client specific information. Tenured employees serving as a mentor, aid in the success of our newly trained and talented staff. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and possess professional communication and customer service skills. Previous call center experience and general medical and insurance knowledge a plus.
