Accelerated Receivables Solutions is seeking a Recovery Support Assistant who can manage a variety of office functions including scanning documents, processing mail, updating records and more. This individual will help the Recovery Support Department in a dynamic work environment to address needs as they arise.

Job Duties: 


  • Reviewing and preparing various legal documents for legal cases within various states   

  • Compiling and preparing mailing of legal documents for legal cases 

  • Compiling and preparing e-filing of legal documents for legal cases 

  • Answering inbound calls 

  • Directing inbound calls to the appropriate staff member, forwarding messages, transferring to voicemail, or answering questions posed by court clerk staff 

  • Assist Consumers with payments at front counter 

  • Adheres to all FDCPA and FCRA state and federal laws 

  • Scanning legal documents attached to electronic files on company systems and organizing paperwork into boxes for storage. 

  • Maintain incoming mail and bank bags schedule by picking up and delivering mail to and from the financial institution and the post office     

  • Effectively communicate with courts and clients for information pertaining to legal cases   

  • Communicate with in-house attorney as needed with legal cases 

  • Respond to emailed communication between team members and departments 

  • Organize workspace and job duties to meet expectations and goals 

  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management 

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
